Visiting Bolenius, a Michelin Star restaurant in Southern Amsterdam, to have there signature dish prepared. They don’t have the red Michelin (Star) sign outside like most other restaurants mentioned in the Michelin guide to not scare potential walk-in customers away since they could assume the prices would be too high.
